Domestic Shipping
Within Germany, the following shipping costs apply:

Order value from €100: Free shipping
Delivery time is 2-7 working days.
Shipping to Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the service of MeinEinkauf.ch.
MeinEinkauf.ch handles all customs formalities and delivery to your doorstep for a small fee. Simply place your order using your MeinEinkauf.ch email address.
The same shipping conditions as for domestic shipping in Germany apply, plus the delivery from MeinEinkauf.ch to your home.

Returns
You want to return your product? No problem! Please note the following:
Request a return:
1. Log in to your account with your email address and click "Request Return" on your order.
2. Select the items you want to return to us and state the reason for your return.
3. Click "Request Return"
4. We will contact you by email as soon as possible with a link to our returns portal.
Shipping costs of €5.00 apply for the return. These will be automatically offset against the credit note.

We will process your return as soon as it arrives. You will receive the credit amount refunded to the payment method chosen at the time of purchase within 7 days at the latest.
