Tipps zur Bestellung

Jedes Produkt wird individuell und speziell für dich produziert (mit Namen, Bildern, Logos etc.).
Bitte beachte, dass aus diesem Grund alle selbst gestalteten Produkte vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen sind. Beachte daher vor der Bestellung folgendes:

1. Richtige Größe auswählen
Die Größen von Textilien schwanken von Hersteller zu Hersteller, suche deshalb deine ideale Größe mithilfe der Größentabelle, welche du unter jedem Produkt findest. Es ist auch möglich, dass bei Textilien eine Schwankung von 2 cm auftreten können. Solltest du dennoch unsicher sein, kannst du dich gerne an uns wenden oder erst einmal Muster zur Anprobe bestellen.

2. Rechtschreibung prüfen
Kontrolliere, dass alle Texte richtig geschrieben sind. Die Rechtschreibung wird von uns nicht überprüft.

3. Achte auf die Qualität der Bilder
Nichts ist ärgerlicher als unscharfe Bilder. Überprüfe, ob alle ausgewählten Bilder in guter Qualität sind, denn die Qualität des hochgeladenen Bildes bestimmt auch die Qualität des Drucks und wir können nur so scharf drucken, wie deine Vorlage ist.

- Für ein gutes Druckergebnis empfehlen wir mindestens 72 dpi.
- Wenn du deine Datei z.b. in Photoshop selbst erstellst, dann wähle als Größe 40 cm x 50 cm aus.

Gibt es einen Mengenrabatt?

Der Mengenrabatt beginnt ab 5 Produkten in deinem Warenkorb und wird automatisch angewandt.
Er ist unabhängig davon, welche Produkte du ausgewählt hast und Gutscheine können zusätzlich benutzt werden.

Die aktuelle Mengenrabatt-Staffel:
ab 5 Artikel = 5%
ab 30 Artikel = 10%
ab 50 Artikel = 15%
ab 100 Artikel = 20%

Bei größeren Bestellungen lohnt es sich eine Anfrage bei uns zu machen.

Welches Druckverfahren wird benutzt?

Wir verwenden immer das Druckverfahren, welches am besten für deinen bestellten Artikel geeignet ist. Für T-Shirts, Longsleeves, Tank Tops oder Beutel ist das meistens DTG (Direct to Garmet). Du kannst im Produktdesigner, unter Ebenen, jedoch auch den DTF-Druck auswählen. Dieses Empfehlen wir bei einfachen Grafiken, Brustdrucken wie Logos oder Wappen oder generell bei Vektordateien.

Bei Mischgewebe oder Hoodies, Sweatshirts und Poloshirts verwenden wir den DTF (Direct to Film)

Auf Anfrage bieten wir auch Flex- / Flockfolie, Siebdruck, Stick oder Sublimation an.

Ich habe selbst Textilien, bedruckt Ihr diese auch?

Nein. Wir bedrucken nur die Artikel, die wir auch in unserem Online-Shop oder über unsere Textilkataloge anbieten.

Domestic Shipping

Within Germany, the following shipping costs apply:

Flat rate shipping: €5.00
Order value from €100 = Free Shipping
Delivery time is 2-7 working days.

We ship with DHL GoGreen and Deutsche Post to your address or to DHL Packstations. You can enter your Packstation address in the regular address fields. Please remember to include your Postnummer with the delivery address. You will receive a tracking number by email for each delivery as soon as the shipping label has been printed.

Express deliveries can be shipped for €20.00 with UPS Express Saver for orders over €50. Depending on stock availability, delivery time is 1-5 working days.

Shipping to Switzerland

For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the service of MeinEinkauf.ch.
MeinEinkauf.ch handles all customs formalities and delivery to your doorstep for a small fee. Simply place your order using your MeinEinkauf.ch email address.

The same shipping conditions apply as for domestic shipping in Germany, plus the delivery from MeinEinkauf.ch to your home.
