Online design / print on request

What is the difference?

Our online shop is divided into two categories:

DESIGN ONLINE:
Design our best-selling products directly online in just a few minutes, with no minimum order value.

PRINT ON REQUEST:
With our customized inquiry service, you'll receive a personalized quote tailored precisely to your project. You'll have the highlights and bestsellers from our catalogs at a glance, as well as the choice between various printing processes, print positions, and add-ons such as hangtags, label printing, etc.
The minimum order quantity is 5 pieces.

Tips for ordering

Each product is individually and specifically produced for you (with names, images, logos, etc.). Please note that for this reason, all custom-designed products are non-returnable. Therefore, please note the following before ordering:

1. Choose the right size
Textile sizes vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, so find your ideal size using the size chart found under each product. A variation of up to 2 cm is also possible for textiles. If you are still unsure, please feel free to contact us or order samples to try on.

2. Check spelling
Please check that all texts are spelled correctly. We do not check spelling.

3. Pay attention to the quality of the images
Nothing is more annoying than blurry images. Please check that all selected images are of good quality, as the quality of the uploaded image also determines the print quality, and we can only print as sharply as your original.

- For good print results we recommend at least 72 dpi.
- If you create your file yourself in Photoshop, for example, then select 40 cm x 50 cm as the size.

4. Ask us!
If you have any questions or are unsure, please feel free to contact us. Our customer service is always there to help you with any issues you may have.

How quickly will my order arrive?

DESIGN ONLINE:
Production of your order typically takes 1-4 business days, plus 1-3 business days for shipping .
within Germany. If your order is shipped abroad, delivery may take 3-10 business days. We are not responsible for any additional delays that may occur with our shipping partners.

PRINT ON REQUEST:
For larger orders and inquiries, we need approximately 2 weeks from confirmation of the proof, depending on the effort and quantity.

Is there a volume discount?

DESIGN ONLINE:
The quantity discount starts with 5 products in your shopping cart and is applied automatically. It is independent of the products you select, and vouchers can be used in addition.

The following discount scale applies:
from 5 items = 5% discount
from 30 items = 10% discount
from 50 items = 15% discount
from 100 items = 20% discount

PRINT ON REQUEST:
Since we use a different pricing model and individual prices for inquiries, a different discount scale applies here.

Can I still change my order?

Did you notice after placing your order that you ordered a design error or the wrong size? No problem! Simply send us an email as soon as possible to support@migas-shop.de .
As long as your order isn't in production yet, you can easily change or cancel it. We guarantee changes/cancellations up to 2 hours after placing your order.

Which printing process is used?

We always use the printing process that best suits your order. For T-shirts, long-sleeved shirts, tank tops, or bags, this is usually DTG (Direct to Garment) . However, you can also select DTF printing in the Product Designer under Layers. We recommend this for simple graphics, chest prints like logos or crests, or vector files in general.

For mixed fabrics or hoodies, sweatshirts and polo shirts we use DTF (Direct to Film)

On request we also offer flex/flock film, screen printing, embroidery or sublimation.

Can I make any special requests?

If you have special requests, such as print on the sleeve, neck print or exact print positions, please write to us before placing your order using our contact form or directly to info@migas-shop.de .

Can I have you print my own items?

No. We only print items that we also offer in our online shop or through our textile catalogs.

Create print data

File formats and resolution
  • File format: Please use PNG files if possible, as these can be processed best and without loss of quality. Also acceptable are TIFF, JPEG, SVG, or PDF.
  • Color space: Use motifs in the RGB color space to avoid color differences during conversion.
  • Resolution: For good print results, use a resolution of 300 dpi . Printing is possible at 72 dpi or higher, but may be blurry.
  • Motif size: Ideally, the motif in your file should be exactly the same size as your desired print size.
Text elements
  • Readability: Make sure all text is easy to read.
  • Spelling: Check that all texts are spelled correctly. We do not check spelling.
  • Text in paths: If you upload an open format (e.g. TIFF or PDF), make sure that text is converted into paths (curves).
Colors and background
  • Transparent background: Use PNG files with a transparent background. If your file has a black background, for example, it will be printed, even on black T-shirts.
  • Pretreatment: For dark textiles, a white layer is first printed underneath the ink to ensure proper coverage.
  • Color variations: Textiles aren't like a sheet of paper. Each fiber of the fabric absorbs color differently, so slight, barely noticeable differences in color/opacity in the print motif may occur.
Line widths
  • Line width: The line width in your design should be at least 1.5 mm - 2.0 mm. Lines that are too thin could otherwise "disappear" in print.
Edges and transitions
  • Borders and transitions can sometimes appear blurry if the file resolution is low or if transparent gradients are used. Please try to avoid both.

How long does the delivery take?

DESIGN ONLINE:
Each product is individually printed for you, so we recommend a delivery time of 3-7 business days (including shipping time). Due to supply bottlenecks or high order volume, delivery may take longer. In this case,
we will get in touch with you.

PRINTING ON REQUEST: For larger orders and inquiries, we need approximately 2 weeks from confirmation of the proof, depending on the effort and quantity.

Which shipping service provider is used to ship?

Shipping is carried out by DHL or Deutsche Post using the GoGreen service.

We send express deliveries with UPS Express Saver .

Domestic shipping

Standard shipping within Germany costs:
Up to 35€ order value: 4,50€
From 35€ order value: 5,00€
Delivery is free for orders over 100€.

Express deliveries can be made with UPS Express Saver for €20.00 for orders over €50.

International Shipping

International shipping costs:

Up to 50€ order value: 9,90€
From 50€ order value: 12,90€

Delivery is free for orders over €300.

Shipping to Switzerland

For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the service from MeinEinkauf.ch . MeinEinkauf.ch
For a small fee, we'll handle all customs formalities and deliver to your door. Simply order using your MeinEinkauf.ch email address.

How can I send to different addresses?

If you want to send an order to multiple addresses, you can select them as the delivery address during purchase. However, a separate order must be placed for each address.

If the delivery address differs from the billing address, we will forgo our branding and simply include neutral washing instructions in the package.

How does the return work?

You can cancel orders and return them to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that this only applies to non-personalized items. For example, if you had a T-shirt printed with your own design, we cannot accept returns.

Furthermore, we can only accept returns of unused items. Please ensure that you do not remove any labels, soil any items, or wash them beforehand. The items must not show any signs of wear.

Request a return:
1. Log in to your account with your email address and click on "Request a Return" on your order.
2. Select the items you wish to return to us and state the reason for your return
3. Click on "Request return"
4. We will contact you as soon as possible by email with a link to our returns portal.

A shipping fee of €5.00 will be charged for returns. This fee will be automatically deducted from the credit note.

If you do not have an account or if you notice errors in your personalized order (e.g. incorrect print, wrong product, wrong size, etc.), please send us an email to info@migas-shop.de with a detailed description (including pictures) of the problem.

We'll process your return as soon as we receive it. You'll receive a refund within 7 days using the payment method you selected at the time of purchase.

I have stains and marks on my product

Depending on the printing process, textiles may need to be pretreated with a liquid to fix the ink before printing. The stains caused by this coating are not harmful and will disappear after the first wash.

We generally recommend washing textiles before wearing them for the first time.

What payment methods are there?

Migas Shop offers the following payment options:

Paypal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and advance payment.

Payment by invoice is only possible for individual requests.

Once we receive your payment, we'll begin production. The invoice will be sent via a downloadable link in the shipping confirmation email after your order is complete.

How do I order in advance?

After you have placed your order with advance payment, you will receive our bank details on the confirmation page and in the order confirmation email. You must transfer the full amount to our account within 14 days, stating your order number.

Can I also pay by invoice?

We only offer purchase on account to customers who have been working with us for a long time.

Alternatively, you can choose to pay by invoice via Klarna during checkout.

Print on demand

Do you also offer POD?

Not yet.
We're currently working on a system for integrating other shops into our workflow, as well as our warehouse and fulfillment capabilities. This will be possible in the future.

However, we are happy to ship products you've already designed. Simply indicate in the shopping cart that we should ship your order neutrally (without branding, inserts, etc.) and enter your customer's address as the delivery address.
