Tips for ordering

Each product is produced individually and specifically for you (with names, images, logos, etc.). Please note that for this reason, all self-designed products cannot be exchanged.
Please note the following before ordering:

1. Choose the right size
The sizes of textiles vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, so find your ideal size using the size chart, which you can find under each product. It is also possible that textiles may vary by 2 cm. If you are still unsure, please feel free to contact us.

2. Check spelling
Check that all texts are spelled correctly. We do not check the spelling.

3. Pay attention to the quality of the images
Nothing is more annoying than blurry images. Check that all selected images are of good quality, because the quality of the uploaded image also determines the quality of the print and we can only print as sharply as your original is.
- For a good printing result, we recommend at least 72 dpi.
- If you create your file yourself in Photoshop, for example, then select the size 40 cm x 50 cm .

How quickly will my order arrive?

The production of your order normally takes 2-5 working days. In addition, there are 1-3 working days for shipping within Germany. If your order is sent abroad, delivery can take 3-10 working days. We are not responsible for any additional delays that may occur with our shipping partners.

Is there a volume discount?

The quantity discount starts from 5 products in your shopping cart and is applied automatically. It is independent of which products you have selected and vouchers can also be used.

The following discount scale applies:
from 5 items = 5% discount
from 15 items = 10% discount
from 30 items = 15% discount
from 100 items = 20% discount

Can I still change my order?
Did you notice after ordering that you had a mistake in the motif or ordered the wrong size? No problem! Simply write us an email as quickly as possible to . As long as your order is not yet in production, you can easily change or cancel it. We guarantee changes/cancellations up to 2 hours after ordering.
Can I make any special requests?
If you have special requests, such as print on the sleeve, neck print or exact print positions, then write to us before placing your order using our contact form or directly to .


What payment methods are there?

Migas Shop offers you the following payment options:

Paypal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna via instant transfer and advance payment.
Payment by invoice is only possible for individual requests.

After receipt of payment we start production. The invoice will only be sent by email after your order has been completed.

How do I order in advance?

After you have placed your order with advance payment, you will receive information about our bank details on the confirmation page and in the order confirmation email. You transfer the full amount to our account within 14 days, stating your order number.

Please note that we will only begin production of your order after full payment has been received. If you pay in advance/transfer, it can take 2-3 days until the money is credited to our account due to bank processing times.

How does the return work?

You can cancel and return orders to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that this only applies to non-personalized goods.

I have stains and marks on my product

Depending on the printing process, textiles must be pre-treated with a liquid to fix the ink before printing. The stains caused by this coating are not harmful to health and come out after the first wash.
