Terms and Conditions for the "20 Custom Team Shirts" Giveaway

1. Organizer

2. Participation Period

The giveaway begins on June 12, 2026, and ends on June 14, 2026, at 6:00 PM.

3. Participation

Participation is by fully completing the giveaway form at migas-shop.de/gewinnspiel.

Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 years or older with a residence in Germany. Minors may participate with the consent of their legal guardians.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. Prize

The prize consists of 20 individually printed T-shirts from the brand Earth Positive®.

The prize includes:

• 20 T-shirts

• custom design

• print on front and back

The exact design of the textiles (motif, color, and sizes) will be determined in consultation with the winner and within the scope of available options.

If the winner requires more than 20 T-shirts, additional shirts can be ordered at a reduced special price.

The prize is non-transferable. A cash payout or exchange of the prize is excluded.

5. Winner Determination

The winner will be drawn randomly from all valid entries after the participation period ends.

Notification will be sent via email.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the organizer reserves the right to draw a new winner.

6. Exclusion from the Giveaway

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway in case of violations of these terms and conditions or attempted manipulation.

7. Data Protection

The personal data collected during the giveaway will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the giveaway, or, if desired, for a one-time contact.

8. Premature Termination

The organizer reserves the right to terminate or adjust the giveaway prematurely for important reasons, if necessary.

9. Legal Recourse

Legal recourse is excluded.
