Shipping to Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the service of MeinEinkauf.ch.
MeinEinkauf.ch takes care of all customs formalities and delivery to your door for a small fee. Simply place your order using your MeinEinkauf.ch email address.
The same shipping conditions for domestic shipping in Germany apply, plus the delivery from MeinEinkauf.ch to your home.

Returns
Want to return your product? No problem! Please note the following:
Requesting a return:
1. Log in to your account with your email address and click "Request Return" on your order.
2. Select the items you wish to return to us and state the reason for your return.
3. Click "Request Return"
4. We will contact you as soon as possible via email with a link to our returns portal.
Shipping costs of €5.00 apply for returns. These will be automatically deducted from the credit note.

We will process your return as soon as it arrives. You will receive the credit amount refunded to the payment method chosen at the time of purchase within 7 days at the latest.
