How do I return or exchange a product?
Are you dissatisfied with a product that you purchased from us and which was not edited/designed by you?

What can be returned?
Please note that we can only take back unused items. The item must not have any signs of use!
Unfortunately, items cannot be returned if there is visible wear and tear.
