Printing Process & Quality

Have oversized T-shirts printed

When it comes to printing oversized t-shirts, we don't rely on a fixed standard procedure, but rather choose the printing method that best suits your design, quantity, and desired result. This way, we ensure that the look, durability, and feel are perfect in the end.

For smaller quantities, high-quality processes such as DTG direct printing or DTF transfer printing are typically used. Both are particularly well-suited for detailed motifs, color gradients, and smaller quantities. For larger quantities, for designs with up to seven colors, we often recommend screen printing, as it is particularly durable and offers a very uniform print image. If desired, multiple printing processes can also be combined. For example, combinations of print and embroidery or flocking are possible to set special accents and make your design even more individual.

Yes and no. All oversized T-shirts that you can design online can be printed from 1 piece. All other shirts and brands that we offer are only printed from 5 pieces. If you particularly like one, please write to us. Perhaps we can combine your request with another order. We offer individual conditions for larger quantities.

Can I order samples?

Yes, we can produce samples upon request. This is particularly recommended for larger orders or new designs. You can try on the shirts printed and unprinted. The sample is treated and paid for as a separate order. Simply send us an informal email with your request.

What types of printing are used?

We rely on high-quality printing processes such as DTF or DTG direct printing, depending on the design, quantity, and desired result. This ensures durable and detailed prints.

How long does production take?

Production time depends on the product and the type of order. Online orders are usually completed faster, while custom inquiries are individually coordinated with you. For large print runs, we usually need about 14 days.
