Domestic shipping
Within Germany the following apply Shipping costs:
Order value up to 35 € = 4.50 €
Order value from 35 € = 5,00 €
Order value from 100 € = Free shipping
The delivery time is 2-7 working days.
We ship with DHL GoGreen and Deutsche Post to your address or to DHL Packstations. You can enter your Packstation address in the normal address fields. Please don't forget to include your postal code in the delivery address. You will receive a tracking number via email for each delivery as soon as the shipping label has been printed.
Express deliveries can be made with UPS Express Saver for €20.00 for orders over €50. Delivery time is 1-5 business days, depending on stock availability.
Shipping to Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the MeinEinkauf.ch service.
For a small fee, MeinEinkauf.ch will handle all customs formalities and delivery to your door. Simply order using your MeinEinkauf.ch email address.
The same shipping conditions apply for domestic shipping in Germany plus delivery from MeinEinkauf.ch to your home.
